Welcome to TIC.

My name is Tommy Wu, Representative Director of TIC. I came to Japan in 2008 and have been working in the real estate industry for over 10 years, with Hachioji as my home base.

Having experienced life in Japan as a foreign resident myself, I understand that finding a home in a new country can sometimes be challenging. Language differences, unfamiliar rental procedures, and different customs can make the process feel complicated.

At TIC, our goal is to make finding a home in Japan as simple, comfortable, and reassuring as possible. We provide assistance with rental properties, property purchases and sales, property management, and custom home builder referrals.

We welcome customers from all backgrounds and provide support in Japanese, Chinese, English, and Korean. Based in Hachioji, we serve a wide area of Western Tokyo and neighboring Kanagawa, including the Chuo Line and Keio Line areas, Hashimoto, and Sagamihara.
